Before We Dispatch

Appointments are confirmed only after readiness and availability are reviewed. For mobile notary appointments, the signer must be physically present, aware, willing, and able to present valid unexpired government-issued photo ID. Documents must be ready, and witnesses must be present if required.

If the signer is not ready, valid ID is not available, required witnesses are missing, documents are incomplete, access is denied at the location, or the appointment is canceled after dispatch, a trip fee may apply.

Deposits may be required for higher-risk appointments, urgent requests, late-night appointments, extended-distance travel, hospital visits, bedside situations, and certain apostille-related matters.

Important Information

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or advice about which legal document, notarial act, apostille path, or translation requirement applies to your matter. If you are unsure, confirm with the document issuer, attorney, receiving agency, court, consulate, embassy, school, employer, or other appropriate authority before proceeding.

All services are subject to document review, identity verification where applicable, personal appearance requirements for notarization, willingness, awareness, eligibility, and final confirmation at the time of service.

Many clients need more than just a notary. Some requests involve certified translation, notarization, apostille coordination, document pickup, delivery, or multiple steps tied to international use.
