Yes. We provide mobile appointments at homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living communities, nursing homes, rehab facilities, and other approved locations, depending on availability, readiness, access conditions, and operational fit.

We are available daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time, by appointment.
Urgent, late-night, high-risk, or extended-distance appointments may be subject to premium pricing, a deposit, or both.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Peabody and primarily serve the North Shore and nearby Greater Boston communities.
Appointments outside our primary area may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on travel time, schedule, urgency, and the nature of the request.

What do I need for a notary appointment?

The signer must be physically present, aware, willing, and able to present valid unexpired government-issued photo ID. The document must be ready, and required witnesses must be present if the document calls for them.

Can I sign the document before the appointment?

Do not sign the document in advance unless you have been specifically instructed to do so and the document allows it. Some documents must be signed in front of the notary.

A valid unexpired government-issued photo ID is generally required. Acceptance depends on whether the ID is sufficient to properly identify the signer at the time of service.

No. We do not choose notarial certificates for clients and do not provide legal advice.
If your document does not clearly state the notarial act required, ask the document issuer, attorney, or receiving agency before the appointment.

No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or explain legal consequences.

Can you notarize for someone in a hospital or at bedside?

Possibly, if the signer can be properly identified, is alert enough to communicate, and is acting willingly.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the signer appears confused, heavily medicated, unresponsive, coerced, or otherwise unable to demonstrate awareness and willingness.

Can you notarize for someone with an expired ID?

Generally, valid unexpired identification is required. If the signer does not have acceptable ID, the appointment may not be completed.

Can you notarize incomplete documents?

No. Documents must be ready for review at the appointment. If documents are incomplete in a way that prevents proper notarization, service may be refused until the issue is corrected.

Is payment required before the appointment?

For mobile notary appointments, payment or a deposit may be required before travel begins. If the signer is not ready, valid unexpired ID is not available, documents are incomplete, required witnesses are missing, access is denied, or the appointment is canceled after dispatch, the travel fee is not refundable.

Yes. Printing is available upon request when the final document is sent before the appointment.

How much does printing cost?

Printing starts at $25 for small document packets up to 20 pages. Medium packets, large packets, extra copies, legal-size paper, color pages, scan-back requests, and last-minute printing may have additional fees.

Are printing fees refundable?

No. Printing fees are nonrefundable once the document has been printed.

Can you choose which pages or certificate need to be printed?

No. The client must confirm the final file and pages before printing. I cannot select a notarial certificate or give legal advice. If you are unsure, ask the document issuer or attorney before the appointment.

PDF is preferred. The file must be complete, readable, and ready to print.
