Convenient Mobile Notary Service at Your Location
Boston Apostille & Notary Concierge provides mobile notary service for clients who need documents notarized at a location that is convenient for them. We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, senior living communities, nursing homes, rehab facilities, and other approved meeting locations.
Our service is designed for clients who want a professional, appointment-based notary process with clear communication, practical scheduling, and a more coordinated experience. For clients who also need apostille coordination or certified translation, related support may also be available depending on the request.

What You Need Before the Appointment
To avoid delays, please make sure the following are ready before we dispatch:
-
The signer must be physically present
-
The signer must be aware and willing
-
The signer must have valid unexpired government-issued photo ID
-
The documents must be available and ready for review
-
Required witnesses must be present if the document calls for them

Any non-signature sections should be completed before the appointment when appropriate
Important Note
Do not sign the document in advance unless you have been specifically instructed to do so and the document allows it.

How the Appointment Process Works
1
Contact Us
Complete the form on our website, or call or text with your city, document type, preferred time window, and any special circumstances such as hospital or facility access.
2
We Confirm Readiness
Before dispatch, we confirm that the signer is present, awake, willing, has valid unexpired ID in hand, documents are ready, and witnesses are present if required.
3
Payment and Dispatch
For mobile notary appointments, payment is required before travel begins unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Once readiness, payment, and availability are confirmed, we dispatch to the appointment location.
4
We Complete the Notarization
The notarization is completed only if all legal and practical requirements are met at the appointment.
