Our service is designed for clients who want a professional, appointment-based notary process with clear communication, practical scheduling, and a more coordinated experience. For clients who also need apostille coordination or certified translation, related support may also be available depending on the request.

How the Appointment Process Works

1

Contact Us

Complete the form on our website, or call or text with your city, document type, preferred time window, and any special circumstances such as hospital or facility access.

Payment and Dispatch

For mobile notary appointments, payment is required before travel begins unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Once readiness, payment, and availability are confirmed, we dispatch to the appointment location.

The notarization is completed only if all legal and practical requirements are met at the appointment.
